No, it is purely automation. You don't turn the O/S over 6-7X's in just over an hour. Someone wants to sell stock and hired some wash trading robots or a trading group to help.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
