Which is not a bad reaction to a rising BDI Index by the management of a company that is focused on growth and will provide new sources of revenue, please note, this is merely speculation.
I am waiting for good news, which can easily trigger a big bounce.
Lots of retail traders (weak hands) have sold large volume because of the panic, possibly even a large ammount of shorts, perhaps this is a bear raid and someone wants your shares cheap.
