Immune Pharmaceuticals, ticker IMNPQ (fka, now revoked), has no ownership interest nor any affiliation with Cytovia Therapeutics nor any other company that Mr. Teper is currently affiliated with. None. And that doesn't change no matter what he chooses to name his companies.
Immune Pharmaceuticals is currently in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, and those only end one way, total liquidation of all company assets and shutdown of the company. Google it. In fact, the company is already shut down, the only person working on it is the bankruptcy trustee doing a remnant sale and still reviewing contracts. Once that ends, there won't even be a company on paper.
I highly recommend reading the court records for the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case rather than the ramblings of folks who refuse to do that on social media, choosing instead to follow the dealings of Mr. Teper and other companies that have nothing to do with this company. They're in deep denial and have a very bad case of confirmation bias. They also lost everything they still had invested in this company.
