The arbitrage will probably not happen because the NO vote will win the voting. I hear more people are unhappy with the way AA and board have run the company into the ground with our AMC/APE stock. They have literally done nothing to stop the illegal shorting attacks against our AMC/APE stock. By issuing the failed APE shares without our approval is another example/reason most people will not support AA and Co mucking with our AMC/APE stocks by merging or RSing them together. When it comes to the AMC/APE shares AA and board (who sold all their AMC shares) are total failures. Why would you give a failed group the power to decided and control the very shares they drove into the toilette by not protecting them when it was needed. All AA has done is milk them for cash at our expense/losses by selling them for himself and selling them at bargain basement unreasonable prices to our enemy the HFs (Antara) shorts, why would you support such a pig?
Forget about the Arbitrage, if it happened it would be part 2 of the nightmare to come on hopes to make any profits from the voting. Because the vote will be a big fat NO.
