Some may feel a stock trading at HALF PENNY is cheap... not in PCTLs case

Its all about valuation. The market says $3.6m, but wait a minute. Thats based on 840m shares outstanding. So could someone buy this company for $3.6m? Actually no. They could pay $3.6m theoretically for 100%, but theyre also taking on about $4m in excess liabilities due.. That brings us to $7.6m

But wait, theres more. There are millions, 10's of millions, 100s of millions of shares more to add to that outstanding number on a fully diluted basis from all the securities yet to be converted or exercised into PCT shares.

That would increase the shares outstanding to well over 1,000,000,000

Remember PCT discloses that they dont have enough shares available to cover what are issuable

This company has become untouchable by any source of funding that isnt TOXIC save for a miracle
