Calasse was the owner of the shares, with physical stock certificates and the shares registered with the transfer agent. That is sufficient for the legal system to protect his property rights.


Ownership of almost ANYTHING can be null and voided if said ownership of property (real or personal) was obtained in the furtherance of criminal and/or fraudulent activity...Period.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
