No, a capital raise is negative for the short-term investor. I never said it was positive, did I? There will be no capital raise in the short term with this company that will dilute current outstanding share count. Even if management wanted to (which they do not), they wouldn't be able to raise any money by diluting shares given the current market cap and recent volume. Instead, they plan on working with large long-term investors, which will have no impact to current outstanding share count due to heavy restrictions. Once this company attains enough funding, they will be able to produce 100s of millions in revenue with great margins. Once the restricted shares become unrestricted, I predict the share price to be substantially higher with much heavier volume. Thus allowing long-term investors to then convert their shares and attain the benefits of investing.
