Odd that there is so little market reaction. At a minimum, one would think that paying up to .25 would be a com[;ete no-brainer, as the comapny is selling new shares at tht price through it's crowd-funding effort.

Here, for only .14 as of today, you gat a share, plus the right to 1/10 of a preferred share.

What am I missing??
