PVSP- Almost $16M in annual revenue with $3.5M Gross profit, during a recession. Quite impressive

Company is selling shares but also generating $16M+ in annual revenue with real product. 155 employees, 4 grow centers, almost $13M in assets, generating $16M to $17M annually, during tough economic times, that eventually will improve.

CEO will deliver a solid, revenue producing acqusition, and bring into PVSP post spin off IMO. Still a win / win situation here. JMO



I also believe Artizen will be out of the Pink sheets altogether, within a couple years post spin off, if not sooner. JMO
