Kareem did a great job getting it Current, canceling shares, and getting the shell in a great state for a merger. Problem is possibly there are just no companies with any assets interested.

He continues to file and keep it current, but only so much you can do. Maybe someday the OTC market will heat up and there will be a company that wants to merge assets into this shell, but I don’t see that happening for a long time.

I’ll hold 1m shares for the hell of it, but fully expect .0001 and no bid soon.
