You failed to mention that's the PREVIOUS MANAGEMENTS attempt at a corporate action. George has already covered this

Whether it's from the previous management is irrelevant. It is still the same stock. Did Sharp fix this and lift the FINRA restriction? Did he close the case? He has not. If so please provide a link with proof - especially since you yourself said last Monday that the FINRA case is active and Sharp hasn't closed the file yet:

$GVSI has an active case with FINRA/SEC, Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-19407, concerning the previous management's attempt at a merger. However they failed to bring the Ticker up to date, Pink Current or even update filings prior to executing corporate actions. Pretty silly!

George has completed the task of activating $GVSI with Nevada SOS and the OTC, so he will be closing this file soon IMHO.

And just because Sharp's attorney letter states that he thinks that GVSI complies with Rule15c2-11 it currently does NOT! Sharp's attorney is not FINRA or the SEC. And FINRA wants six years (2008 - 2013) of financials according to it's 2020 decision and adverse GVSI action.
