Sadly, there has NEVER been "Board Members."
Joe did not include them even though they are required by the "Articles of Incorporation." Kristy never announced Board Members either.
Vic knows that the company is not compliant in that regard.
Gerry is trying to get enough Shareholder Votes to provide for 4 or 5 (maybe 6) Members of the Board.
The shareholders need to vote in order to move forward.
