I laughed at all your arguments here, but the mother of them all was your last point about him thinking he spoke to someone in the US government. I've read that retort quite a few times over the last month and its embarrassing. No evidence at all here, just thinking he did. Based on your comments he's got no legal proof that everything was ok, just thinking he spoke to someone. If my name was attached to a pump and dump scheme I sure as hell would want written proof my name was in the clear. Where's the proof his lawyer reached out to relevant government agency. Its just so convenient that he lacks any real proof of anything to clear his name.

I 100% agree with Sharp's main point- at best he was an innocent dupe. He sure wants his shares from the money he never spent or the contract he never completed, right buddy.
