Assuming one knows who is selling. Right? Maybe someone is converting debt priced at .0003 a share. Maybe they have been doing it for a couple of weeks with the new faces that showed up to promote and push some volume.

It would be a good time to do it in the 4s and 5s and 6s since the company has trained the traders of this stock to expect news about now promoting "projected" earnings. Right now they would expect traders in this range to hold for the news. With a press release they would likely be competing with retail flipping and the run would be brief. Especially if they get volume and no price appreciation off the press release. Retail would then realize what is happening and bail en masse because if the company is diluting at this level their dreams of flipping this are over. So who really is selling? How long will it go on if it is happening? Will they even issue a press release this time? The 10K may still be a month out and the quarterly even longer.
