I don't believe orlando even discussed this last extension publicly until now. Not sure.
The criminal orlando will no doubt attempt to rewrite the corp bylaws to allow 3 more extensions after the June final. Just the internal people like orlando writing in all those extensions in the first place borders on criminal manipulations.

This should never have been allowed. spacs are not supposed to get unlimited extensions when they can not meet their promised obligations to the market.
