I hope the next 8K is of open market stock purchases by Elite Board Members. Especially the CEO.
That should help the optics.
I mean that 8K was brutal. Gives the impression of being completely blind sided. Maybe the stress of three positions made him crack. What could of changed in such a short period that he didn't see. It said intent to leave. Is that open ended?
