If the YES vote wins and the APE shares are merged and converted into new CUSIP AMC shares are Reverse Split (RS), the following estimated pricing calculations will take place:
1. New_AMC_float = current_AMC_float + current_APE_float
2. Before_RS_New_AMC = ((current_AMC * AMC_float) + (current_APE * APE_float)) / New_AMC_float
3. After_RS_New_AMC = Before_RS_New_AMC * 10
4. New_share_count = Current_share_count / 10

If we we did the conversion today here is how the numbers would look:
1. New_AMC_float = 518M + 930M = 1448M
2. Before_RS_New_AMC = (($7.14 * 518M) + ($2.07 * 930M)) / 1448M =
($3698M + $1925M) / 1448M = $3.88 PPS
3. After_RS_New_AMC = $3.88 * 10 = $38.80 PPS
4. New_share_count = 4000 current shares / 10 = 400 new AMC shares.

*Conclusion:
So what will happen with a merge and RS New AMC price will go from $7.14 to $3.88 and APE price will go to New AMC share price, from $2.07 to $3.88.

If the YES vote wins, AMC share price will go down by 54% and APE share price will become AMC shares and will go up by 87%.
If the NO vote wins, AMC share price will continue from $7.14 to rip into the teens most likely and APE share price will go down into the pennies level ($0.65) as before since AA will sell/dilute them to HFs at any price probably.
IMHO.
