1.) Catholyte would be considered a better cleaner than anolyte.
2.) Catholyte is generated by the same machine that produces anolyte.
3.) Catholyte is a tough sell from a price standpoint versus other cleaning products on the market. Catholyte's advantage over most other cleaners is that it is also non-toxic and does not contain any other harsh chemicals.

Your other question is a hypothetical question that will not happen. There is no basis for the EPA to require PCT to reapply for approval. They could voluntarily apply for a faster dwell time or for an extended shelf life but there is no basis for the EPA to require them to reapply for their existing status.
