Most importantly after the March 15 vote the shell has been cleaned and polished and will be ready for merger. They stated in the def14a all sec filings would be up to date..

IMO the merger can occur whenever they are ready... WE are truly in the last steps to completion... Today was a big long expected step..

New investors who are ready to get off the fence now have enough information to see that the deal will really occur.. The only question that remains is what price do they want to get in at...

Don't forget the def14a is a long complicated document and it will take investors several days to digest what is written. We have been scrutinizing it for a while on this board but only a very small definitive group of investors actually knows that this site exists.. It's the outside investors who are going to carry this stock to it's next level and that will occur.. It just takes time...
