PCTL bid at 52 week low.. AGAIN!!

PCT is broke, a short term liability short fall in the $millions!!

PCT has failed to deliver revenues as forecast, by light years!!

and the list goes on and on

Who gives a **** if Hydrolyte (salt water) can clean a surface or not. Hospitals arent paying for Hydrolyte as a cleaning agent. They pay to generate disinfectant!!
