Me too. From what I can gather, the lawsuit is over, and it appears to be a of a mixed bag - Jason technically lost, but wasn't banned from anything to do with thin film strips and wasn't ordered to pay back any of the money that people lost… at least as far as I could tell. I could be wrong though. Here are some links of interest:
