I don't know the etf's. But right now at a quick glance, you can get government treasuries that you buy now ... lets say you only want one year out or so... that mature between 2/29/24 and 5/31/24 with yields to maturity between 5.014% and 5.037%. Those are pretty liquid.

There are brokered CD's I see almost exactly one year out that pay 5.0 or slightly more. And you can subscribe to for instance a one year CD that starts on 3/14/23 and matures 3/15/24 with a 5.221 yield to maturity. Those are tradeable but I dont know how liquid they are.
