If you vote YES AA will dilute your remaining 10% of your AMC shares with AMC shares. After dilutions your account value will get smaller because shorts will have an easy time shorting AMC shares from $50/$100 to $5. 10% chance a shorts squeeze can to happen.

If you vote NO AA will dilute your remaining 100% shares with APE shares. After dilutions your account value will be bigger because shorts will have a hard time shorting AMC shares from say $10/$20 to $5. 100% chance a short squeeze can happen.

WHICH WILL IT BE. DO THE MATH PEOPLE. VOTE LOGICALLY, NOT EMOTIONALLY.
