More. We know what they filed (and audited) so we also know what the dividend entails, which is the rest, which equals the 5 plantations + art museums + whatever businesses they developed with that money which could be the hemp/CBD. Total $10+ per share.

The new investors are going to get the shock of their lives when they find out about this dividend. Assuming they stay on board until the ex-date. And assuming the Gansu government won't rip us off.
