Nice article Dave. The quote below just reinforces what we heard during the conference call by Poten last week and what we have been discussing. Cost of Capital is acting like a sledgehammer to many of these projects.

Delfin knows this and is using mostly equity, it has been rumored, but it still makes the cost to do anything challenging. Note the reference below to investment-grade partners. Delfin has these with Devon, Centrica, Vitol and more to come within the next 24 hours. (hahaha)
