If you look into his previous dealings with cannabis companies you'll find that he was more or less 'fired' and litigation ensued. Whilst this was going on he used his stock holding to drive the share price down on a few occasions, it looked as if he was 'threatening' them but of course he could have just been collecting some necessary cash, it's a matter of what you believe likely. You don't need to go have coffee with his ex business partners it's all out there to be googled if one wants to.
