I'm telling you, look at the SEC v. Caledonian case and review the other three companies. Look at other penny stock frauds around the same time that also involved a pivot to a Central American (Columbian or Panemanian or Venezuelan) mine, and compare the press releases. They're similar; there was a Vancouver and Caribbean-based penny stock fraud ring that got busted after doing dozens of these frauds using the exact same MO. The only thing they needed Calasse for was to be the fall guy for the scheme. I doubt he did anything but sign the paperwork.
