Hey Eli's Gone, nice catch! This is good to see because they are getting their house in order. Obviously working with legal on this. Attorney letter to follow I'm sure. I assume the two preferred shareholders will be Venkat and Shiladitya. I'm also guessing that Vyome investors (Iron Pillar, etc) may do an equity-for-debt swap at some point. Couple this with the new website about to go live and I think we are cooking soon!
