Share-structure as it stands is unworkable.

Share-structure has been obscenely mis-managed imo.

Why companies insist on 'uplisting' is beyond me - that is NOT what makes companies investable to a wider audience, and the arguments provided in favor of it are always weak.

OTC company stock CAN BE bought by funds & investment vehicles, and $FLES itself could be bought-out in a heartbeat if ANYONE was interested (unless there's a poison-pill I'm unware of).

These guys have greatly misjudged smart-money.

It's not surprising the stock continues to swing in the breeze.
