Here is his response, short and sweet, expected, and typical. I don't remember specifically the reverse split shareholder vote, but I don't think anyone every votes on anything except him...ha. I am glad it is just a 1/100 and not worse.

A RS was approved by shareholders last August.
We will have a RS 1/100 effective on 2/20 "WGLT"
This will attract new investors and create better shareholder value in the long run.
We should have a US deal for the MDSO to announce next month.
