I'm not clear if the approval of Photocil in India is such a big deal. It could be, but...

According to the PR from July, JUPW got an exclusive license only for the U.S. (https://jupiterwellness.com/jupiter-wellness-licenses-photociltm-a-novel-topical-treatment-of-psoriasis-vitiligo-pruritis-and-atopic-dermatitis/)

Photocil was already being sold in Europe and Asia under the names Presilux and MediSun. A google search reveals that both of those products are already available in India. So it seems that Jupiter just got an approval that allows it to compete with other distributors of the same product.
