DJT dd not outright build any wall with an EO --- he "tried to indirectly" use DoD money and was court limited big time ------ again he did not build the wall with an EO

BO did not outright create the ACA or FUND it with an EO. The ACA is legislation - it is 90% paid for with new taxes (to include the added kick to capital gains I paid this year when I sold a property - for 150 or so) . SCOTUS did act and did say that that CONGRESS - the ACA act itself - could not mandate a state to expand Medicaid as that is JOINT program by law. And later - when a seriously small amount of money (relative to 40MM people using ACA private or expanded Medicaid) was paid from Treasury to Insurance companies who paid hospitals who forgave deductibles for poor but with private insurance -- SCOTUS stepped in (there was a lawsuit) -- and said that payment (just that payment) was not authorized with a line item budget and such payment could not be assumed to have been congressionally approved that year.

And -- the fun part about Student Debt ------ It started with COVID and DJT twice using HEROES act to suspend interest and need to pay and then Biden more times. And now - besides the issue of standing (true harm to plaintiffs) the other JOE argument is the disruption of so many years of delay and such - creates just the world HEROES is designed for .
