I don't understand what point you're trying to make.

You keep saying that there have never been any reorganizations/restructurings/bankruptcies/bankruptcy-like states for companies that make billions in profits etc etc. I said that doesn't matter because the lack of a prior precedent doesn't change the fact that a restructuring of the seniors is necessary.

The comment you quoted by Tim Howard doesn't prove me wrong or prove you right.

The seniors must be restructured before FnF can exit conservatorship. Tim Howard and I agree on this point. Do you?

That restructuring has the potential to heavily dilute the existing common if the seniors are exchanged for common shares. Again, Tim Howard and I agree there. Do you?
