No one knew anything prior to the PR. Bots owns both companies so this could be viewed as simply an internal transfer of funds, although it does shore up revenue for BULT which is also publicly traded.

A more generous interpretation of the move is that it does display synergy between two separate subsidiaries of Bots. If TekX can sell a significant number of Crypto ATM's and establish it's own ATM network, this could encourage other ATM manufacturers to develop interfaces to the TekX network, which could, in turn, allow TekX to enforce the BULT patent in exchange for an interface.
