Etrade has been immediate for a while, just can't sell before deposit settled...I believe...I never did... Now you have to have value in a stock over $1.00 in order to be able to invest immediately. The catch is you can only use up to 1/2 value of the Amount you have in that over a dollar stock.

I had a hanging deposit from last week that cleared today for 250. I decided to purchase shares of gns and then made a deposit of 120.00 which I was able to grab 1500 more $GDVM...then when I tried to do it one more time, the deposit said funds not available to invest until 3/1/22... So Not Happy About this at All because my life recently makes it difficult to have money hanging in limbo when I need to make decisions fast. Now I will have to Add money to buy higher stocks and then only get to buy Half of the Value for immediate investment in what I am trying to buy.....because it is below $1.00.

Got to make it harder for the little guys....because we don't deserve a chance to get better lives.....
