The filing will have to occur by the stated year end date unless they file for late notice and get a 15 day extension. This is for the WY SOS not the OTC. The OTC takes longer to follow up on delinquent filings. Still, I believe they only had 90 days to file for change of status for the company officers so that is already delinquent. It's looking like a bump and run at this point. Unless of course, the getaway clause was used and Joey is still the CEO which I believe to be the case at this point and he is just in the wind letting this die on the vine. Chad is sooooo long gone.
