Also capsule wheat grass -cocoa- beets - cinnamon all raw

My vitamin D is liquid in coconut juice from local shop
Liquid dandelion drops also

Add ph water with lemon juice

Makes me one healthy baby boomer

My doc is amazed says my blood is so iron rich I should donate regularly

I used to till I found out what's really going on with all the blood and plasma
