What is concerning is the fraudulent history of this company and the certainty that the person playing Torres is nothing more than an actor reading a script. His resume is unverifiable, he is not accessible, has never appeared in person to a group of investors, or in a setting on the U.S. side of the border. He (and Bernard) are stooges playing roles to help sell shares.
