Armen being the founder of Progressive Care as we know it has worked hard for what he has. Doesn't every company founder take some share incentive rewards? The fact that Armen gave up control of his company in exchange for common shares, and he has a minority sharecount, says something about what he believes comes next.

The Company’s communications suck and I'm not defending that. I hope that changes very very soon!
