That is not the track of our discussion, at all.
In response to MY response to another poster, You inquired
"Why would the SEC want to audit GVSI financials?" (FYI they are not the ones that audit it)
I answered " to be SEC reporting you need to have audited financials".

And it all started with a poster basically saying GS would not have applied for share cancellation if he didn't have it all worked out with the shareholders beforehand. To which I replied with the event of filing of form 10 and not being able to get financials audited, so it was a bust, as EVIDENCE that he does NOT always have things worked out. As if this whole circus and every act in it is not proof enough.
