"Obviously demand outpaces in-house capactity as the total addressable market is in the Billions..."

What's ridiculous is to know it as obvious but miss the key company phrase "market demand for our silks..."

Of course, there's the forward-looking claim of "to date" to cover when they effectuate all to accomplish this obviously unfulfilled demand.

The company's "dumb claims" will turn to "actuality" when the company finalizes their development. To the uninformed, that's when commercialization happens. It is quite obvious there is a wide population misunderstanding what the company is accomplishing and why it needs to be protected along the way. That population reads company intel detailing their positive moves forward as "incongruous with the [CEO's] nature of evasiveness." When, in actuality, it's confirmation the company is working to fulfill those opined "ridiculous claims" of meeting their current market demands. Protecting (not "evasiveness" in a bad way) the processes, procedures, and products along the way. Common sense dictates when the "total addressable market is in the Billions and has always remained completely unfulfilled because to date nobody manufactured enough spider-ish silk and sold it to fulfill ANY of the demand" and you're in the process of being the first to do so, it would be RIDICULOUS not to protect it!
