Joshua O. Lowe, life long resident of Texas, is President of Lowe Energy. After attending Grayson County College in Denison Texas, majoring in business management, he began his work as a Vice President of a Dallas/ Fort Worth based oil and gas company, where he gained knowledge and developed an expertise in energy products. Mr. Lowe, as President, will devote such time and effort to the Venture, as may be required, in order to properly conduct and administer the Venture’s business and affairs.
