My history with Xalles , Look I’m going to keep this short as I can if anyone has questions please feel free to ask . 2018 was my first purchase after watching it for a month. I had a small amount maybe 300k into 2019 news starts coming and I start adding. The reaper shows up with charts and reeding them with pretty accurate out comes , he was probably buying it easy to predict an up swing if your buying 2 to 3 million shares with no dilution. of coarse the float back then I believe was 230 million. So Nash start producing great new and the reaper AKA traderQ is pumping the shit out of it . At the time I was newly retired and decided to invest 100 grand in 5 different stocks I had been trading for about 7 years but not paying much attention as I was working full time . So Xalles at the time was about .015 . The good news kept coming Throughout 2019 and I kept buying. At this point I held about 10m shares the good news kept coming in 2020 but I noticed 2019 events weren’t happening and were blowing thru 2020 with new events and dismal revenue. So in early 2020 I decided to make contact with Xalles nothing but excitement with there replying. So I took hook line and sinker. When all the sudden I hit with CLWD roughly 650k . Now Xalles is moving up so over the coarse of 6 months I added every dip every time by 2021 I had 22m shares and the decline starts I bought trying to hold it up 25m now . And I’m pissed now so many events never happen and the ones that do mean nothing no revenue producing companies. So I reach out to nash tell him I’m a 25 million shareholders and I’m not a
happy. I get the wait tell next quarter it going to be big , for 3 quarters announcements for acquisitions currently to close and still no move on 2019 news event . And at this time there is dilution imo news was to convert shares . Now I’m jumping mad start threatening Nash if you don’t turn this around I’m dumping 10m shares . There are several longs that will confirm this . So it continues down I say done and did a market order for 5m @ .02 and emailed Xalles did you see that it’s me and you better complete something or for the next two week the same thing going to happen. That when I started to get you may want to wait to make an informed discussion until next Q . The next Q came and was miserable. So I emailed again tearing him a new but hole and dumped 5m more all this time I alway got immediate responses. Fast forward to 2022 because after mid 2021 it just became the standard decline in price and empty promises. At one time I had 1/2 a million dollars invested here my selling got me maybe 150k . So now in early 2022 I’m at full on war with Xalles emails suggestions like nothing matters but revenue and complete what you published and the price will react when they would respond we understand your upset with the price. No the price is not the issue you’re lack of accomplishments is the problem the price would be where they are had you done what you said . No arguing that but they tried so I cakes to the end of my rope and warned them if you don’t complete these acquisitions I’m filing an SEC complaint next Q . I think they thought I was bluffing nope I filed it in June . Now an SEC investigation is not public they just tell you if actions are taken it will be made public.
Mind you at this point Xalles isn’t responding much maybe one for ever 5 I send that we’re the same old same old . All the sudden in December there tripping over themselves. Answering all my questions in detail give insight wherever possible assuring me all 4 published acquisitions are still active. So I decided to try to verify and adaptive responded indeed still active. This is where I assume the SEC might have put Xalles on a timeline to complete face fines or charges. This is my opinion as they all the sudden became fuller transparent with published events . In that time I mentioned I was contacting the SEC for information they reply please don’t just ask us and we give any information you need . This tells me the SEC has contacted Xalles . Now I’m think who knows this could be a slap on the back and take care of this . So I decided I can’t trust the SEC either so I start researching and the FBI has a page set up for securities fraud complaints. So I emailed them some questions and got a response not revealing the company just would these be securities fraud . There response was it would need a full investigation to come to that conclusion but these scenario could be found to be securities fraud . I’ve emailed Nash with a timeline he needs to meet or I’ll be filing an FBI complaint against Xalles and the SEC for inaction. Now he knows I’m not bluffing but the recent response was your timeline are your not Xalles we management group that set our timelines. My response to them was your management team should consider this as it’s hard to complete acquisitions from prison. My timelines will be met or my complaints filed. Now I’m keep my timelines to myself and there is more than one . Also everything I relayed Xalles said is not to format as I’ve told them I’ll not repeat personal emails between us word for word as a matter of fact everything I post here my opinion and words . So you see the way I see it is MR Nash has his freedom, 191m shares his job as CEO on the line . That gives me confidence acquisitions at least two will close by Q1 end . and for those saying why would you do this I say without doing this it’s been 2 1/2 years it would never happen or I should say may never happen. Now he has as much or more on the line as we do . I’m tell you right now he’s shitting and getting like never before. To me it’s about accountability if you’re going to publish Hugh news like he has . your going to be held accountable when it doesn’t happen in a reasonable time . Imo 2 1/2 years later is more than reasonable. And I know my English and punctuation is terrible spell check auto changes don’t help either . But now you know just what’s been going on here . And from my most recent response there was push back but there was acknowledgment there working on the acquisitions and positivity in there response. I’ll just say they might have suggested the end of Q1 is a possibility. I’m feeling confident and continue to buy small amounts. I’m at 8.6m now all I want is a little integrity and honesty and I didn’t feel I was getting it . Since Q1 start it’s been a night and day difference they come clean in detail with all my questions.
