That is why exactly my confidence level is at a all time high now. Hopefully it is warranted as seeing post from some of the high time flyers is great, waiting for the normal pumping day flipping scums to post for their $50 a day flip but have not seen them as of yet.

Last run a few years ago they posted constantly but not the case as of yet. Appears the new guys posting are really in it for reasons we are with great input , experiences , thoughts and reasoning. Let's see how long it last though and contrarian thoughts are always welcome with me just along as they have no motive behind them.
