Looks like he lost his chess match. DSCR applied for continuance in Wyoming not in Nevada. All that information posted is for reincorporation in NEVADA so it has no value to DSCR..... No shareholder approval is required.... They can say anything they want but it won't change the fact that SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL IS NOT NEEDED IN THIS SITUATION....... Can't get any easier to figure out than that!!!
