That’s where the dude lived that bought the shell from Synergy. It’s a Marriott property. Nice place too. It’s the place to have during Mardi Gras.
I always thought that was a weird address. I got family in Mobile that comb America to bring manufacturing to Mobile. They are more on the property side of the set up.

This is why Ben turns downs a lot of cash offers for his shells. He knows they just need a shell for a deal and don’t want to put out the effort to clean one up. It’s why I had big hopes for RIBS. That dumb F’k blew that shell’s potential for a few years.
