Just found all this information in the Wyoming SOS website:

There is a copy of the Nevada Articles of Incorporation listed in the Wyoming SOS DSCR history records. Nowhere in the Articles of Incorporation does it state that the shareholders must vote on any changes of anything concerning DSCR. Here are the only mentions of changes to DSCR and they are in article 10 13 in the document:

"TENTH. The Board of Directors shall adopt the initial By-laws of the corporation. The Board of Directors shall also have the power to alter, amend or repeal the By-laws, or to adopt new By-laws, except as otherwise may be specifically provided in the By-laws."

"THIRTEENTH. The corporation reserves the right to amend, alter change or repeal any provision contained in the Articles of Incorporation, in the manner now or hereafter prescribed by statute, or by the Articles of Incorporation, and all rights conferred upon stockholders herein are granted subject to this reservation."

Unfortunately for you, there are not rights granted to the stockholders anywhere in the Articles of Incorporation. Even after the name was changed to Discovery Minerals LTD in 2012, they kept the same Articles of Incorporation and never added any rights for shareholders.

If you read some of the other documents in the Wyoming SOS history file for DSCR you will also see that when the reincorporated for continuance in Wyoming, they did not confer any rights to the stockholders in that document either....

DON'T BUY IT IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE IT!!! NO RECOMMENDATIONS, JUST OPINIONS...
