Thanks again Cotton for sharing this...It's right there in Judge Peck's Order granting special relief to Stephen R., that CTs have to be treated as a 'Creditor' Class...And have priority in payment to other Class 12 Equity classes...And this is VERY Important to Note...Means CTs are Golden....Means CTs will either have to be redeemed OR have to be given NEW Company Stock, which will have to be pretty close to the 'Exchange Ratio' of how much NEW Equity that LBHI will award to the other Creditor classes...Yeah Baby...It's all in Black & White right there in the Judge's Order!
