I think it is harder to raise money on an IPO when the company looking for capital does not have a history of revenues or products sold. That eliminates a lot of heavy hitters with strict standards on risk. There are still others out there willing to take a risk, and this is not a very big IPO. It would be a great start though to something much bigger.
