I am going over the S-1 filed by MGRX on Feb 22 2023 and sure enough AMIH subsidiary EPIQ Scripts is in it as being the company to distribute MRNX products. MRNX will pay for all the packaging and shipping and will pay EPIQ Scripts from the sales of MRNX products.




If this works out this is going to be huge IMO for AMIH. There is a lot of competition for these kinds of products, but MRNX things they can get an edge in the rapidly dissolving ED product they want to sell. It will take time to get their advertising done and get the word out, but it looks like they are taking action on their plan rather well.
